  • It is practically impossible for Nallucollection.com to replicate the same colours on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
  • We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Nallucollection.com is aware of this genuine problem.
  • Beads and sequences missing or coming off. We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY

  • Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and some times due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
  • If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e- mail.

  • In case if you find Manufacturing Defect in the product which you received from Nallucollection.com, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days.Refund will be generated to customer within 7-10 days on receiving the product.Through bank transfer or Paypal for international customers.
  • We do not accept returns of any product, purchased during any sale/ discounts.

  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. Please read below points carefully before request for returns.

  • Returns would not be accepted for Designer products, custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Suits, Lehengas or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any fault from our end.
  • We do not accept returns for any product purchased during clearance sale/ discounts etc.
  • We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products
  • We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
  • We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • In case of product return, we will issue refund once we receive the product back at our office.
  • Shipping cost would be deducted for refund, since we offer free shipping all over India.

We are offering worldwide delivery of our products.

For Delivering Shipment we provide you service from:

• For the Local Parcel Fedex ,Delhivery,DTDC Courier.

• For the International Parcel DHL Courier.

• We request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.

• Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door 

If someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.

• We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not pick-ups on those days.

• Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

Shipping Cost:

• Shipping charge will be additional based on the weight of the selected products and delivery location. Shipment and Tracking details:

• We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.

• Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
